1. Overview

This website is operated by Solennara ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. Our products are intended for adults.

3. Products and availability

Solennara products are dietary supplements. Product descriptions, images and nutrient information are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown. We may change or discontinue a product at any time.

4. Health disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition. Do not use our products if you are allergic to pollen, bee products or honey. Individual results vary.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you place it. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the order appears to be for resale — and we will refund you in full if we do.

7. Shipping and returns

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

8. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the interval you selected until you cancel. You can pause, change or cancel at any time in your account or by emailing support@solennara.com. Cancelling before the next renewal date means you are not charged again. Charges already processed are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for giving us a correct shipping address, email address and payment details. We are not responsible for orders that fail to arrive because the information you gave us was wrong or incomplete.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product photography and page design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

11. Third-party links and services

This site uses third-party services (for example payment processing, fulfilment and analytics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites we link to.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

14. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer resident in the United States, this choice of law does not deprive you of any protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which you have your habitual residence that cannot be waived by agreement. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to bring a claim in the courts of your own state or country.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
