What is Solennara 5-HTP?
Solennara 5-HTP is a dietary supplement with 200 mg of 5-HTP per serving, made from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract. 5-HTP is a naturally occurring compound involved in the body's own serotonin production, which is connected to the body's natural sleep-related processes.
How do I take it?
Take two capsules once daily, about 20 to 30 minutes before a meal with a glass of water, preferably in the evening. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, which is a 30 day supply.
How many capsules are in a bottle?
60 capsules per bottle, a 30 day supply at two capsules a day. The 2-bottle bundle is a 60 day supply and the 3-bottle bundle is a 90 day supply.
How is this different from melatonin?
Melatonin is a hormone that signals the body it is time to sleep. 5-HTP is a building block the body uses to make serotonin, so it supports the natural processes involved in sleep and emotional well-being instead of acting as a sleep trigger.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Results vary from person to person. Many people notice a difference in how they sleep or feel within a few weeks of consistent daily use.
Can I subscribe?

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum. Orders are typically shipped within one business day and delivery inside the United States usually takes 3 to 9 business days.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. Solennara currently ships within the United States only.
What if it is not for me?
Email us at support@solennara.com within 30 days of your order and we refund you in full. No questions asked, and you do not need to send the bottle back.
Is it safe to take with my medication?
If you take other medications, especially serotonergic medications, or have health concerns, please speak with your healthcare provider before using Solennara 5-HTP.
Who should not take it?
Solennara 5-HTP is intended for adults. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak with your healthcare provider first.
How should I store it?
In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius (59 to 77 Fahrenheit). Close the bottle firmly after each use.
Can I buy it in stores?
Solennara 5-HTP is available exclusively through this website, so every bottle ships straight from us to you.
